At Whittaker Mountaineering, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next summit; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gear in its original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are intact and included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our mountain technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
