How do I know which size of mountaineering apparel to choose?

We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Since technical layering is key, we recommend sizing up if you plan to wear multiple base and mid-layers beneath your hardshell jacket.

What is your return policy for technical gear and clothing?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, life-safety climbing hardware cannot be returned once it has left our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping for overseas expeditions?

Yes, Whittaker Mountaineering ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your gear.

Are your outdoor garments covered by a warranty?

Most of our premium brands, such as Patagonia and Arc'teryx, carry limited lifetime warranties against manufacturing defects. We are happy to assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section of your account portal.
